This fine case was generously passed on to DAWnet a year or so back by Maria José Marty, and was in fact deemed such an awesome design statement that it was nominated to become the new D56net NT 4.0 server. It is also running Microsoft Internet Information Server. The 200 watt power supply and floppy drive are original to the case, but the 386 motherboard was assigned to surplus. I had a Pentium 133 motherboard with broken onboard IDE controller, so I threw that in there instead. The new Diamond SCSI controller board talks to an IBM 4.3GB Wide SCSI hard drive and a 6X Panasonic CDROM. |
